MarketLauncher, a trusted name in B2B sales development, market research, and prospecting for over 24 years, is expanding our high-performing sales development team! We're looking for a Sales Development Specialist who thrives in early-stage sales, excels at engaging with executive-level buyers and enjoys being on the front lines to move new opportunities into the sales pipeline.
You’ll act as an extension of our clients’ sales teams, booking appointments with their ideal buyers. Success is measured by your ability to drive top-of-funnel activity and booking qualified meetings that advance the client’s sales pipeline.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Senior Sales Development Specialist at MarketLauncher, you will be both the strategic guide and tactical executor for outbound sales on behalf of our clients.
You will:
- Take ownership of the top-of-funnel sales process for client accounts — from messaging strategy to appointment setting
- Book qualified appointments with key decision-makers (often in the C-suite) to help advance our clients' sales pipelines
- Lead proactive outreach through phone, email, and CRM (HubSpot), acting as a seamless extension of our clients' teams
- Tailor your outreach using real-time feedback, market trends, and buyer behavior
- Collaborate with internal MarketLauncher Managers to optimize campaign performance and deliver outstanding client outcomes
- Use AI-driven tools and techniques to enhance targeting, personalization, and productivity
- Thrive in a remote environment with strong time management and goal ownership
Ideal Experience
- 5+ years in B2B consultative sales, ideally in professional services or technology
- Proven success in sales appointment setting and lead qualification
- Strong experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot a plus)
- Demonstrated comfort working with AI and automation tools in a sales setting
- Experience in remote or virtual work environments
- Highly goal-oriented, metrics-driven, and accountable
