Shari is an experienced sales and business development professional whose career centers on strong communication, relationship building, and meaningful connections.
She began her professional career in advertising as an account executive and new business developer before moving into media sales with Citadel Communications. There, her sales success earned her the company’s Stellar Seller Award three years in a row.
Shari first joined MarketLauncher in 2008 when she was looking for an opportunity to put her sales experience back to work while raising her family. What began as a return to sales grew into a long career with ML, where she took on progressively broader responsibilities, including sales support, project coordination, recruiting, onboarding, and employee experience.
Now she has come full circle. Shari returned to MarketLauncher in 2026 as an Outbound Business Specialist, bringing decades of sales, marketing and communications experience back to where her ML career began: engaging prospects, creating conversations and helping clients uncover new business opportunities.
