Beth Cotter rejoined MarketLauncher in 2026 as a Sales Development Specialist, bringing with her a strong background in enterprise business development, demand generation, and strategic outreach. A true ML boomerang, Beth previously spent eight years with us before building additional experience through roles at NICE/Mattersight, Billtrust, Afiniti, and Kore.ai.
Throughout her career, Beth has focused on opening doors, creating meaningful buyer engagement, and helping sales teams build momentum in complex B2B environments. Her experience includes account-based marketing, executive-level appointment setting, market research, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration with sales and marketing leaders. She has consistently exceeded performance targets, including generating a $15M+ pipeline at Kore.ai, achieving 145% of quota at Afiniti, and maintaining 120%+ quota during her earlier chapter at ML.
Beth’s return to ML brings both experience and perspective to the team. Having worked in a variety of roles and across a broad range of enterprise-focused organizations, she understands what effective sales development looks like from every angle. She now brings that insight back to ML in a role focused on building conversations, creating opportunities, and helping clients reach the right buyers with confidence.
Since relocating from the Chicago area to Florida at the end of 2024. Beth has become thoroughly addicted to pickleball. She also enjoys Pilates, reading, long walks, volunteering, and traveling to Boston and Austin to visit her grown children.
