Theresa has over two decades of experience utilizing technology to manage, analyze, and report data. Her natural curiosity has helped her adapt and become proficient with ever-changing technology, and she is always on the lookout for new ways to leverage it to improve the client experience.
Theresa has a keen eye for uncovering patterns and trends in data and turning them into actionable information for the ML team and our clients. In addition, she works closely with our COO to oversee our tech stack's planning, maintenance, and operation. This includes updating process documents, training team members on our technology, and identifying and recommending improvements.
Theresa has a busy home life managing her four children, a dog, a cat, and a bearded dragon. She enjoys reading mysteries and thrillers.
