Stephanie started her career as a consultant with Deloitte and later became a Top 1% producer for Robert Half International, where she opened their new Chicago area office in Rosemont. Under her leadership, that office exceeded revenue goals by 100% in the first 14 months.
In 2003, Stephanie joined ML as the company’s first Sales Development Specialist. In 2021, she changed roles to become ML’s Hiring Manager where she implemented a personalized and consultative focus on employee success. That proved so successful that she was promoted to Director of Employee Success in 2022. In that role, she became a member of our senior leadership team.
In 2023, in response to her continued performance, and changing market needs, she was given additional responsibilities and a change of title to Director of Growth. Stephanie continues to be involved in employee success but will now take on a larger role with our new business team. She will also manage our Client Quality Assessment program, which is being expanded to all stages of the client lifecycle and includes interviews with clients, FANS, prospects, and strategic partners to collect market trend data to keep us and our clients aware of emerging needs and changes on the front lines of B2B sales.
Stephanie is a member and former Board member of the Junior League of Stark County Ohio and Dallas, Texas, a former Board member of a Texas chapter of National Charity League, PTA past chair, President of the high school’s girls tennis boosters, and a member of the Woman's Board of Aultman Hospital. She enjoys working with community organizations and spending time with her three girls, husband, and dog.
