Mary Alice has come full circle at MarketLauncher, having worked across nearly every facet of the business. She has served as an Outbound Sales Specialist, Market Research Specialist, and Sales Development Specialist, then transitioned to the Operations side as a Data Manager, and is now returning to her roots in sales. This well-rounded experience gives her a unique ability to combine analytical insight with strong client engagement.
Her time in operations honed her skills in interpreting data, identifying patterns, and uncovering what prospects value most. She now applies that insight to create conversations that lead to meaningful, high-quality meetings and interviews, building trust and positioning clients for long-term opportunities.
Mary Alice enjoys the human side of sales, especially connecting people to solutions that deliver real value. She also embraces ML’s AI-enabled approach, utilizing technology to make outreach more timely, relevant, and efficient, while ensuring that every interaction provides a measurable benefit.
Before joining ML, Mary Alice managed a consumer product portfolio for BP Oil that generated $20 million in annual revenue. She also served as Marketing Manager for the tech startup, sovity, where she led strategic initiatives that contributed to a measurable increase in brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement. Based in Germany, she’s part of ML’s EMEA team and speaks German and Spanish. Outside of work, you may find her hiking, enjoying a sunset on Lake Erie when stateside, and in the fall, participating in Germany's renowned Oktoberfest.
