Peter joined ML in 2022. His work sits at the center of client strategy, sales execution, reporting, technology, and results. As programs grow more complex, his role ensures that the operational foundation of each engagement enables our team to make better decisions and deliver meaningful value to clients. This is an increasingly important differentiator for ML. Peter uses data, sales research, AI tools, and human judgment to help build highly targeted lists of companies and contacts. These carefully cultivated lists ensure our campaigns begin with stronger intelligence, better alignment, and a clearer path to meaningful conversations.
Before joining ML, Peter worked with GroupM (now WPP Media), Ogilvy & Mather, and Mindshare. At GroupM, he supported the IBM account through global strategy and operations, spend reporting, negotiations, and direct investment, giving him a strong foundation in complex account operations and translating data into business value.
Peter’s strength is not simply working with data. It is making data useful.
He knows how to analyze information, identify the story behind the numbers, and share insights that support better business decisions. That ability has helped him contribute to large, complex projects, including a global research initiative involving banking executives across multiple regions and client-facing market research programs that required strategic analysis and executive-level reporting.
It also shapes Peter's approach to strategic list development. By combining traditional list sources, AI-enabled research, sales intelligence tools, and careful human review, he helps ensure each campaign is grounded in a clear understanding of the market, the target accounts, and the contacts most likely to matter.

Peter was promoted to Senior Data Manager in 2024 and, following continued impact across data, systems, reporting, research operations, strategic list development, and operational support, was promoted again to Director of Sales Operations in 2026. This latest role reflects his contributions and the growing importance of operational alignment across ML’s client delivery model.
His promotion is also a fitting next step following his recognition as a 2025 ML “Achievement” Value Award recipient.

Peter is also a strong example of ML’s work-from-anywhere culture. Since joining the company, he has lived in New York City, Italy, Chicago, and now Denver, Colorado, with his wife, while continuing to provide a high level of support to clients and colleagues.
Outside of work, Peter is an avid skier and musician. He plays piano and organ and has performed with bands including Means/Ways and Stovetop Gemini.
