About Brian McNeilly

Brian is a highly accomplished and passionate sales and business development executive with extensive experience executing client-focused growth strategies. He has two decades of experience in sales and leadership positions, and his career is studded with a long list of accolades and awards. Past employers include Mullen Lowe Group, the Chicago Tribune and LA Times. 

Brian has led both inside and outside sales teams across a variety of categories including Healthcare, Automotive, Real Estate, Education, Retail, and e-commerce.   He has managed specialized teams with five sales representatives as well as large departments of 50 FTEs.      

In addition to developing and managing our high-performing sales team, Brian is cultivating and securing a scalable pipeline of new business wins for ML. He thrives in an environment that is fast-paced, results-oriented and above all, successful.   

The bonus of being 100% remote allows Brian to capitalize on establishing a true work/life balance. He coaches his sons’ baseball and basketball teams. He roots for all Chicago and Boston sports teams, enjoys a good cup of coffee, and playing chess. He and his family have a goal to visit all 50 states.  He is a Board Member with the Better Business Bureau of Chicago and Northern Illinois and volunteers with the not-for-profit PhotosForFOOD.
