MarketLauncher is looking for a talented Client Services Manager to join our team. This individual will help drive client relationships and take ownership of and oversee multiple client accounts and campaigns. The Client Services Manager oversees b2b sales campaigns for our technology, medical and life sciences, and professional service firm clients. 

The ideal candidate will have strong, professional maturity and communication skills, confident, skilled at multi-tasking, a decision maker, detail oriented, and accountable to maintain client satisfaction and long-term retention of assigned accounts. They also understand that organization, preparation, ownership and follow-through are vital to success.  

This position supports all elements of the campaign cycle including client onboarding, ongoing delivery of client reports and recommendations, collaborating with our operations team on report creation, metrics and strategy, collaborating with our internal sales teams, content manager, and operations teams on ongoing campaigns, managing internal and external meetings, timelines, and tasks.  

The ideal candidate is extremely detail-oriented, effective in juggling multiple timelines, clients, internal teammates and priorities, and skilled in navigating and collaborating with cross-functional teams in servicing client campaign needs. 

This position is ideal for someone that thrives on working with customized client campaigns. Our Client Service Managers must be nimble as each client and campaign are truly unique. You must be confident to take ownership and accountability and apply situations encountered to new scenarios. The ability to see the big picture and apply what you learn to unique situations is key.  

This middle management position is part of the Client Services Team and will report to the Vice President of Client Services and collaborate with internal co-workers in Operations, the Content Manager, Sales team members, Client Services Associate, and clients. 

Responsibilities:  

  • Lead and manage strategy sessions for assigned clients to understand their business objectives and expectations as well as to strategize in development of their program 
  • Onboard and manage new client b2b sales programs 
  • Meet with assigned clients on a bi-weekly basis to present client sales campaign reports and collaboratively strategize on ways to maximize results or pivot based on market data 
  • Proof and oversee messaging on assigned accounts - including call framework and sales emails – ensuring it aligns with strategic objectives of the client program to meet the deliverables 
  • Build and maintain day-to-day client communications and internal communications with account teams as it relates to assigned accounts 
  • Ability to work independently on projects from conception to completion, maintain deadlines and be held accountable to your clients  
  • Work with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients, vendors and agency partners  
  • Help craft, execute and optimize our client's strategy 
  • Identify opportunities for clients to improve their strategy 
  • Constantly monitor and QA client performance 

This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to leverage prior account management experience in a flexible, fully remote environment as part of the Client Services team. This position can be a part-time or a full-time opportunity.  

Education and Experience:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism or similar program 
  • Knowledge and understanding of outbound sales lead development /sales pipeline process 
  • Solid technology skills, including Office365, Excel, PowerPoint , and CRM experience (HubSpot preferred, but not required) and ability to learn new software  
  • Organized, strategic, detail-oriented with exceptional communication and writing skills  
  • Experience in managing multiple accounts and analysis of their performance goals  
  • Solution-focused approach to situations  
  • Must be able to shift gears  and pivot when necessary to meet the needs of the campaign and client and be able to manage multiple priorities 
  • Works well in challenging, fast-paced, and deadline-oriented environments
