Marketlauncher is looking for a Client Services Coordinator to assist in the management and coordination of integrated campaigns across multiple clients. In close partnership with the Vice President of Client Services, Client Services Managers, and Client Service Associates, this position supports all elements of the campaign cycle; including client onboarding document preparation and meeting notes, planning and reporting to Vice Presidents of Client Services and Operations and Technology, collaborating with our internal sales, content manager, and operations teams on campaign logistics and needs, managing meeting agendas, scheduling internal and external meetings, assistance with following up on internal and external timelines and tasks.  

The ideal candidate is extremely detail-oriented, effective in juggling multiple timelines and resource needs, and skilled in navigating and collaborating with cross-functional teams in servicing client campaign needs. 

This position reports directly into the Vice President of Client Services with oversight from the Client Service Managers. 


  • Assist in the development of Client Program Guideline documents which include internal and client KPI’s, campaign details and assets  
  • Coordinate closely both within Client Services and across Operations, Content Management, and the Client Quality Assessment (CQA) Specialist on campaign activity timelines and reporting. Plan and report CQA’s to Vice Presidents of Client Services and Operations and Technology 
  • Calendar and send invitations for internal and external client account calls 
  • Management of Agendas for client and internal strategy and kick off calls 
  • Managing timelines and action items for client campaigns 
  • Collaborating with clients on set up needs for the MarketLauncher sales team 
  • Consistently communicating with the sales team and including the appropriate Client Services Manager to ensure timely insights and feedback for the client  
  • Supporting Content Manager with needed data from HubSpot for ongoing development of client messaging reports 
  • Contribute to client conference calls and ensure next steps are captured and communicated 
  • Support the Client Services team in preparing for client meetings 
  • Perform other related duties as assigned 

Education, Experience and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience 
  • 1+ years of experience managing campaigns/clients with overlapping timelines and resource needs  
  • Detail-oriented to accurately track and communicate progress 
  • Adept at juggling competing timelines, client and internal communication, and schedules 
  • Strong work ethic and proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment 
  • Effective communication skills; written and verbal 
  • Skilled at navigating cross-functional teams in service of meeting campaign needs 
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders and internal cross-functional team members  
  • Effective project management to be able to handle or oversee multiple campaigns 
  • Degree or Experience: College degree in business. Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing preferred or professional experience between 7 and 10 years 
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing growth environment and to work independently. 
  • Software knowledge. Experience using office applications and other software related to the position (i.e.  HubSpot, Microsoft Teams)

This is a Part-Time, remote position averaging 25 hours per week.
