 Job Description 

As Business Insights and Analytics Manager, you will be the Operations team primary point of contact for 14 to 18 client accounts. This requires prioritizing, monitoring, and managing multiple campaign timelines to provide ongoing analysis to ensure timely optimizations and to drive strategic b2b sales growth of client’s campaigns. 

Successful candidates will be able to apply their problem solving and project management skills to provide reporting with analytics-based strategic insights to reach and surpass client goals. The manager must be able to communicate these reports succinctly internally and externally.  

Specific responsibilities include: 

  • Lead, collaborate, and delegate to manage programs and provide regular client reporting 
  • Partner with internal and cross functional teams daily to plan, execute, and analyze programs to ensure campaigns are timely and effectively delivered

  • Supervise and mentor team members 
  • Manage all client HubSpot Instances 
  • Provide and present strategic data-driven recommendations to improve campaigns and attain sales goals 
  • Prepare reports and analyses, uncovering insights and developing business recommendations based on data findings 
  • Participate in presentation of analyses/ reports to key internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating the key findings and recommendations 
  • Be process-focused, solution oriented, adept at working with team members, and comfortable communicating with clients 

MarketLauncher is a Platinum HubSpot Partner. To be considered for this position, the candidate must be able to demonstrate a deep level of understanding and knowledge of CRM functions. We prefer at least 2 years of experience working in HubSpot, though comparable CRM experience will be considered. Experience integrating Salesforce or MS Dynamics with HubSpot is a plus. 

In managing each of your clients HubSpot instances, the following are included but not limited to: Integrations, reporting, manage list development, workflows, quality control of data, creation of dashboards, management of properties, monitoring email templates, pipeline automation, and assisting with training and sales support functions on HubSpot assets, products, and processes. 

Education and Experience: 

  • Knowledge and understanding of outbound sales lead development /sales pipeline process 
  • Highly analytical with a focus on metrics and overall performance of sales development campaigns 
  • Experience with culminating data for reporting, analysis, and interpretation 
  • Experience in client meetings and presentations 
  • Strong affinity for learning new tools and systems 
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams 
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and chart creation 
  • Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint, and experience developing client-ready presentations 
  • Strong CRM experience 
  • Detail-oriented, organized and able to work on multiple projects over the course of a day and accurately set expectations regarding timing and deliverables 
  • Effective communicator via both written and spoken word 
  • Proactive self-starter who can work independently 
  • Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and take initiative to solve problems as they arise 
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in economics, statistics, mathematics, marketing, business or technology

This position is part of the Account Operations team and will report to VP of Operations and Technology and collaborate with the coordinator team, other ML Team members and clients. This position can be a full-time (40 hours/week) or a part-time position (25-30 hours /week).
