As Business Insights and Analytics Manager, you will be the Operations team primary point of contact for 14 to 18 client accounts. This requires prioritizing, monitoring, and managing multiple campaign timelines to provide ongoing analysis to ensure timely optimizations and to drive strategic b2b sales growth of client’s campaigns.
Successful candidates will be able to apply their problem solving and project management skills to provide reporting with analytics-based strategic insights to reach and surpass client goals. The manager must be able to communicate these reports succinctly internally and externally.
Specific responsibilities include:
MarketLauncher is a Platinum HubSpot Partner. To be considered for this position, the candidate must be able to demonstrate a deep level of understanding and knowledge of CRM functions. We prefer at least 2 years of experience working in HubSpot, though comparable CRM experience will be considered. Experience integrating Salesforce or MS Dynamics with HubSpot is a plus.
In managing each of your clients HubSpot instances, the following are included but not limited to: Integrations, reporting, manage list development, workflows, quality control of data, creation of dashboards, management of properties, monitoring email templates, pipeline automation, and assisting with training and sales support functions on HubSpot assets, products, and processes.

This position is part of the Account Operations team and will report to VP of Operations and Technology and collaborate with the coordinator team, other ML Team members and clients. This position can be a full-time (40 hours/week) or a part-time position (25-30 hours /week).
